“Review”
The staff was polite but kept asking too many personal questions; even though I am of legal age, they insisted I contact my family, which I am not required to do. They gave many excuses about police, a hospital, and other reasons for why they couldn’t accommodate me. Eventually the booking was cancelled and I had to arrange somewhere else as a solo traveller at the time. I’m not sure if this place is even safe for both solo and couples; they lied about their policies and it’s not clearly mentioned here either. I did contact customer service and told them about this. Sorry to say, I do not recommend this place.
