Very pleasant hotel and excellent location. The staff service was first‑class.

The spot is right in the city centre, so everything’s a short walk away. The hotel keeps its historic vibe while staying spotless and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom supplies were vegan. Overall, it was very comfortable and convenient, so I’d book it again. The only downside was that I couldn’t make the room fully dark at night, even with the blackout curtains drawn; most guests probably won’t mind.

The ladies in reception were exceptional Very helpful and knowledgeable As were all the staff -breakfast was great snd service too The gentleman who explained the brewery to my husband took time out to show him around much appreciated Well done !

The place is perfectly situated. Service was top‑class. The room was quiet and clean. The only issue was the lack of a parking facility near the hotel.
