“Heerlijk, luxe, smaakvol hotel met goede bedden en hele fijne services!”

The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated with a focus on detail and nature, and the room had a wonderful bed, everything clean and fresh. The rooftop pool (not heated) is lovely after a day in the city. The spa and gym are fantastic; the spa is paid, the gym is free. The on‑site restaurant offers good prices and the breakfast has many options. The location is quiet, we had our bikes with us so that was perfect, and it’s a 15‑minute walk to the heart of San Sebastián. Cars can be parked in the garage beneath the hotel.

The pool is great, but there was no help with luggage, the terrace was not well maintained, drinks had to be fetched manually, and there was no service.

“Relaxing & enjoyable - great base to explore San Sebastián”

The location is away from the city, the views are great, the pool is lovely, and the food was excellent.

“Geschmacksache, würden nicht wieder buchen”

The parking garage is convenient, the area is quiet for sleeping, the breakfast is good, and the staff at breakfast are very polite and friendly. The location between several clinics is misleadingly described as “in the green”; taking bus line 28 takes about 15 minutes to the city center, and the bus service is very good late at night. A taxi costs about 15 € and the hotel’s pool is overrated. The SPA charges extra for everything on top of an already steep price. The cafe/bar is modern but feels more like a stylish self‑service cafeteria. The room’s air was very musty and ventilation was poor; the air conditioning offered little relief. The bed sheets were washed but stained, which is unacceptable at this price. Moreover, the sheets are so loose that the duvet falls out, which is unhygienic. We are generally easygoing, but we were not satisfied there.
