I had booked a larger room with a balcony, but when I arrived, I was told that it was already taken and I was given a smaller room without a balcony instead. To make matters worse, I was asked to pay 200 Baht for a stain on the bed, which I found to be completely unreasonable. The whole experience fell short of my expectations due to the mismatched room category and the additional demands made.
