Everything was clean and the check‑in process ran smoothly; nothing spectacular, just what I needed. I did, however, miss the key drop‑box because there were no instructions about check‑out on the website or in the room. I was rushing into my room with all my bags and didn’t realize it was just inside the building next to the front door—some guidance on how to check‑out would have been helpful.
