The breakfast was just barely enough, and the outlets were broken and the service door was out of order.

The manager’s friendliness and the Cuban employee with glasses were great, the security was solid, the room was spacious and the locks were good, but the breakfast offered no variety.

The welcome was good, the place was clean, and the location in the city centre was excellent. 😊

The sheets hadn’t even been changed, and overall the cleanliness was lacking.
