The staff were very pleasant and respectful, but the plumbing noise was fairly loud.

I really liked the breakfast 😘 and everything else in general; I loved being able to have a coffee throughout the day at no extra cost 😄. It would have been better if there were a minibar in the room, but we could use the one in the kitchen, though it’s small if everyone uses it.

Everything. The property is beautiful, the room and bed are incredibly comfortable, the pool is a dream, and the highlight is Paula and Luisa, who are charming and helpful, assisting us with everything. The only downside was that Google Maps directed us onto a road that was not the best option; I’d recommend asking Luisa before arriving so she can happily explain the best route. Obviously this isn’t the hotel’s fault, jj.
