“Excellent hotel, great facilities and an exceptional staff!”

Everything about the Parasol Blanc hit the mark for me. The staff were outstanding, and after a work trip from Bangkok, the stay in Luang Prabang was unforgettable thanks to this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the room spacious and spotless, and the balcony was a highlight. The pool was a refreshing escape, and the pool beds were so comfy I fell into a deep sleep. It matched every expectation I had and probably offers the best value for money I've ever found. Having visited over 100 countries, this stay ranks among the best.

We had a wonderful time at Parasol Blanc! The moment you step inside, the beautiful nature immediately calms you. The staff are incredibly friendly, with Lai and manager Renaud going above and beyond. Definitely a place to recommend.

Staying here was ideal – the location gave easy access to the main sights while still feeling quiet and relaxing after a day of touring. The team were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist, and they provided free bikes and scooters that made getting around a breeze. They also organized tuk‑tuks, tours and airport transfers at fair rates, so everything ran smoothly and without stress.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! We were served exactly how we wanted. The breakfast was superb! The basket with bread and croissants is a must‑try. The coffee, juices, and eggs were also top quality! The restaurant and the lovely pool are in a beautiful tropical garden. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony. The location is great and there is a free electric shuttle to the center, but walking there is also fine.

The hotel is gorgeous, especially the garden which is stunning. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. They also offered free bikes and a shuttle service.
