The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and Chinatown. Rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TVs, and ironing facilities. Local dining options are nearby, including Jalan Alor and Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall.

The room was modern and had all the usual amenities, the staff were professional and attentive, and the price‑to‑value ratio felt good. The hotel sits behind Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, so walking there isn’t ideal, though it’s still in the city centre; for a longer stay I’d recommend the much nicer Chinatown area.

The service was great, with friendly and helpful staff, and everything else was fine.

It’s cheap and close to Lalaport, but the air‑conditioner gave off a mouldy smell.

The room was clean and comfy, and the location was handy, though the music from the club next door could be heard at night—but a pair of earplugs dealt with the volume.
