The manager on our first day explained everything, guided us on shopping spots, and made us feel at home; we appreciated the buggy staff, the breakfast crew, the rooftop team, and the receptionists, all of whom welcomed us warmly and we’re already planning a return next year. The front‑desk security always kept an eye on us, handed us chairs while we waited in the shade, and ensured traffic was halted for our safety—nothing more could have been asked for. On the downside, the housekeeping schedule was inconvenient; when we returned from a few hours out, our room wasn’t clean, so they had to tidy it during our stay, and they rarely came at night—only about twice a day—so it could have been a bit more thorough. They did try their best.

The villa facilities were excellent, and the pool was large enough.
