The place was in a quiet neighborhood, the décor and vibe were nice, and breakfast was good, but the soundproofing was only average.

The location and service were excellent, but we liked everything.

The location, the room, and the breakfast were good, but the noise from neighbors was a problem.

My time at Hôtel Régence Etoile was fantastic—the room was gorgeous and the spot couldn’t be better, with a street view and just a few minutes’ walk to the Arc de Triomphe, perfect for touring Paris. What really stood out was the staff’s service, especially Jingru’s; as a non‑French‑speaking tourist I was panicked when the Tour de France shut down transport on my departure day and every Uber I tried kept canceling. Jingru stayed calm, called four different drivers in French for me, and even offered to keep helping after her shift ended. Her professionalism and kindness meant more than words can say, and every other team member I met was equally supportive and caring. Thanks to Jingru and the whole crew for turning a stressful moment into a memorable one—I’d gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
