“Maison de campagne avec joli jardin et piscine mais avec equipments limités.”

The house is quiet and well‑located with a private pool. The equipment is a bit old‑fashioned (coffee machine, Wi‑Fi, TV) or missing (toaster, microwave).

The place offers tranquility, a garden, and a pool. The living area has limited services and cramped space.

The room is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, the garden is well‑kept, but it’s a shame we couldn’t use the pool during that period.

“This is a nice property for a peaceful Tuscan vacation.”

The property boasts two gardens and a pool, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the great outdoor space. Inside, the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen well‑equipped. The location is ideal, just a 10‑minute drive to Cortona and a 5‑minute walk to the nearest village, Camucia, for markets and restaurants. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable and slow, making streaming hard; if you need to work on vacation, this could be an issue. A notebook with instructions for the coffee makers, pool lights, etc., would be helpful. The downstairs bed was comfortable, but the bar running along the mattress made getting in and out difficult.

The apartment is spacious, well‑equipped, and tastefully decorated. We stayed only one night, so it felt like a true luxury suite with private parking, all in a quiet setting.
