المكان موقعو جدا ممتاز قريب من المطار بعيد عن المناطق المزدحمه والمزعجه. انا زبون في الفندق لمدة 4 سنوات الفندق اصبح متهالك يحتاج لصيانه كامله وتجديد كامل ولن اكرر التجربه الا ربما بعد التجديد

The hotel is old, dilapidated, and not even worth a single star; how can a place like this be rated five stars?

The staff are friendly, but aside from a room that roughly matches the photo, everything else feels like a lie. The expected level of service for the price and star rating is missing. The pool area and restaurant do not match the pictures, the mall is closed since COVID, TVs are broken throughout the hotel, and the view is of abandoned construction sites—a ghost town vibe. I’m extremely disappointed, eager to leave, and will avoid it. Even though the staff were pleasant, I’ve already contacted customer service and hope for a refund. Please ensure partners honor commitments and update their listings. These were the worst vacation days I’ve ever had; we had to take Ubers almost daily to escape the surroundings, incurring extra costs.

The hotel is very old, the furniture is dated, linens are dirty, room service food is cold and undercooked, and they served soup without a spoon—needs renovation.
