“Not bad but not Good experience”

Breakfast was very bad, and the reception counter was run by a corporation.

The experience was far worse than anything I’d heard about this hotel. The manager acts as if the place only runs because of him, while the owner seems clueless; both treat staff terribly and ignore guests, whether you call or speak in person. A manager who runs a hotel like this is a disaster, especially when a guest pays 5000 rupees and deserves respect, particularly if they’re with family or friends. The bathroom sink didn’t even have a screen. At the very least, look after your customers if not the property itself. Overall it was a total bad experience, and I see no reason to ever return, no matter the price.
