The service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly.

The room was spacious and fully equipped, with daily housekeeping and multiple linen changes; the view from the balcony overlooking Central Park Songdo was perfect. The hotel sits in the center, so shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport are just minutes away. However, the coffee was very weak and only after two espressos did it become enjoyable; the breakfast selection is not very appealing to Europeans accustomed to that style, though it’s acceptable for Koreans or adventurous diners. Staff spoke limited English, but communication was possible.
