Venustas Roma Hotel

The location was good, but housekeeping threw away my dirty laundry without checking first, which I’ve never experienced before. Then the shower head broke off for no reason, so they moved me to another room. There was also no shower soap basket, so I had to wash myself with one hand. Overall, it was pretty disappointing considering the price; for a little more, there are better hotels.

The room was comfortable and the location was very good, but the bathroom box was clogged and the towel hooks in the bathroom were broken.

“lokalita je super, dostupnost všeho při ruce, jinak jsem byl zklamaný s ubytováním.”

The location was fine, but the bathroom was very old and worn, the bathroom door and the room entrance were the same, the hotel is on the fourth floor, and the main doors to the hotel don’t lock even though it’s only a fourth‑floor room. The hotel’s location was poorly marked, and it’s quite expensive for the room’s appearance.

The location and room size were good, it was clean, and there was an elevator. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I think a hotel in a place like Italy shouldn’t be without coffee.

“Aardig hotel met zeer goede ligging in de wijk prati en de bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand .”

Breakfast was not available. The bathroom quality was poor; the shower was weak, and I hadn’t booked a wheelchair‑accessible room. The shower water ran into the room and drained poorly. We had to keep the place dry with a mountain of towels, and the water pressure was very low in the morning. Still, we made the best of it and Rome is an extraordinarily beautiful city—highly recommended.
