The staff were genuinely friendly and very welcoming, and an early check‑in and a late check‑out posed no problem at all; the hotel just needs a bit of refurbishment.

The room was in bad shape—paint peeling, missing door handle, and a window that only closed with a screwdriver—despite being marketed as a luxury room, so overall it was mediocre.

This family‑friendly hotel is welcoming, and there was nothing to complain about.

The owners are very nice, and the Toraja people are among the kindest you could ever meet. The breakfast was very good with many options, and the location is great.
