The property has changed ownership and I was accepted a confirm booking and no related info was given like this area dont allow single foreigners to stay in the area I need to go to police ad if I was a criminal well its been the worst experience in spite of have lodge a complain on my last booking I made a very clear statement and this one is unaccepted I would like to discuss further with someone of high level before seeing my legal advisor an loag an official legal case on my nightmare experience .hope do respond and worst was contacted by your rep in India a total waist communication .refer to my last comments and do react and contact me .As I will have to manifest my retractable adventures and will loose many credibility. Only the Location. Hygiene is too bad. Service staff needs lot of improvement. Though Breakfast was included in our package we had it only on 1 day as the dining area was not maintained properly nor there was any variety. Only veg food is served that too with only 2 items way below the expected quality & taste. The stairs leading to the room are very big and without any railing. Older person would hv lot of difficulty reaching the room. Though Mr Vijay genuinely made a lot of efforts to help us out, but it was very little he could do. All in all, except the location the place is not worth staying. You can consider this place only if you have no other options left

This place has its perks - the location is fantastic and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me when I needed it, which was really appreciated. However, there's one major drawback: the hot water only works for a few hours a day, which is a real pain when you're in the middle of a shower and it suddenly cuts out. Despite that, I'd still recommend it for the location and service alone.

“If you want to stay in busy market area lodge here is the place”

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. However, the room was a bit of a letdown - it was tiny and not exactly the most comfortable place to relax. On top of that, the hotel's location in the middle of a bustling market area meant it was pretty noisy and chaotic. To make matters worse, the bathroom was leaking and water was everywhere, which was a real pain to deal with.

Hotel is in Centre place of market and in Prime location. Matheran railway station is about less than a kilometer. Just Opposite to Garden . All restaurants and shopping places within 30 secs. Spacious and Oxygen full area of hotel Khan resort/ Park View Matheran. Humble and cooperative staff. Restricted timings of Restaurant. No intercom facility. No TV . In night time not a single watchman deputed in the Premises
