“Good budget stay”
The location is convenient, the price is good, and the place is clean. The room is very small for two people, but that’s what I expected.
“Excelente”
Finally a hotel of high level in Japan. After a very good hotel in Beppu that didn’t speak languages, I needed one that does. It also has a 11 am check‑out, while the country’s standard is 10 am. With daily cleaning, I never saw the housekeeper, but she still did a good job. The surprise was the Brazilian service from Ana Paula who works there. No negatives.

The front‑desk staff were extremely helpful, and the broth in the breakfast udon was delicious, giving a comforting start to the day; however, the ceiling is low in several spots, which could be uncomfortable for taller guests.

The breakfast selection was varied. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel managed the luggage delivery smoothly.
