The bed was comfortable and the TV was huge. Most rooms, including mine, faced an enclosed atrium instead of the open air.

“I was very disappointed.”

I was very disappointed with the room: the carpet was heavily soiled, the couch was peeling and left a stain on my husband's shirt, and the bed was uncomfortable. I found long hair in the bathtub, and the handsoap and lotion holders were placed so high on the bathroom wall that I, being 4’8”, had to reach up like a handicapped guest. It would have been nice if they had offered a few bottles of water. The room’s cleanliness was lacking, and the coffee spilled in the elevator was left there for a while. Smokers outside the doors were unpleasant.

I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, but the location was fantastic and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly.

The breakfast was fine. The hotel was a shadow of its former glory, with a lot of noise, stale air, and poor maintenance.
