Enrica was amazing—kind, friendly, and strong! The rooms were clean and comfortable, stocked with water, coffee, and snacks. The location is central to everything in Ravenna, so I highly recommend staying here if you're heading on a cruise first.

The suite was spacious, the service quality high, and the staff were available and courteous. The location is extremely central. However, there is no breakfast room, and the in‑room breakfast could use improvement.

The place was very centrally located and the accommodations were beautiful. We were just a block from the main square where we enjoyed an amazing dinner and gelato. Nothing to complain about; we loved it.

The location is fantastic, and the hosts and owners are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was quite spacious and well equipped, but the shower was very small and therefore uncomfortable.
