The staff who welcomed us and carried our bags to the room, the housekeepers who kept the room spotless, the restaurant staff who served delicious meals, and the spa team who gave us an incredible authentic traditional Moroccan hammam experience—all contributed to an unforgettable stay. I must specially thank Khalid, who has become a friend; if you meet him, know you’ve encountered a truly amazing person. By the end of our stay, he was more friend than staff member.
