Promenade Hotel Baku

“great location, if you are more than 2 have one more room.”

The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the location right next to the old center meant everything was within walking distance, but the room was too small for our group of three.

The location was good, but the breakfast needed improvement.

The receptionist, Ismail, was rude; we booked a room for three but there weren’t enough towels or beds for three people, the door lock didn’t work when we arrived, they promised to fix it but didn’t after we ate, and when we asked again they said it wasn’t possible; the staff were very rude.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The towels were clean but looked a bit worn, and some of the bathroom facilities need to be upgraded.
