The facilities are very clean and comfortable, but the bathroom is tiny and the poolside restaurant staff, though the place was crowded, had a couple of people with zero service attitude.

The employees are honest; I left something valuable and they kept it safe, and the breakfast is spectacular.

The pool area was really good, but the TVs and cable system were low quality.

The staff was good when we checked in, room was spacious, staff helped us carry our bags to third floor. It was a decent Hotel compared to others in La Ceiba. Not far from the ferry terminal to Roatán, transport to the terminal is included. No Elevator, the person in the counter in the morning was rude, did even look at me when speaking to her, breakfast was supposed to be included, you need to get tickets for breakfast which is weird, and she only wanted to give me 1 ticket per bed :D, kinda ridiculous, she apologized but it was frustrating
