“Overall okay. Minor things need to be looked into”

The vibe was good and the staff were friendly, yet there were a few minor issues: the bathroom mat was just a regular bath towel placed near the bathroom, which felt unprofessional; there was no soap in the bathroom, so we had to ask for it; and I expected a complimentary breakfast because we paid a decent rate and even checked out early, but that didn’t happen.

“Front office staff are not helpful and look like forcefully working and lack passion to support.”

The security team was very helpful and ready to assist, and the technicians were solid. However, the front office staff seemed more like they were just doing their job mechanically, lacking enthusiasm to support guests.

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, but the rooms feel cramped and the cleanliness is only average.
