Everything was beautiful. The reservation staff kept calling the suite from 9 a.m., repeatedly asking if I would extend or leave, and unfortunately most branches of this hotel do the same.

The location, classic design, quietness, and very reasonable value for money, plus the large suites, were great. Overall it was good but the bedding and bathrooms need maintenance.

The furniture and room size were fine. The pool was very bad and unclean.

The place was fine. Nothing to complain about.

The location and staff were good. It didn’t feel worth the money, especially when booked online—I paid SR80 more than if I had booked at the reception.
