Surrounded by nature, with birds singing, the little Vibras house was comfy and spotless, and the staff were very attentive; it’s a place I’d come back to.
I loved the experience a lot; the staff were very friendly and attentive at all times, and the cabin I stayed in was super comfortable. The food was also great. AUCA has two dining areas plus room service, which I found very convenient. There was a good variety of dishes and we were served very quickly. I left wanting to stay more days to try more menu options because several looked very good. I would definitely come back soon.
“Lindo lugar, el desayuno podría mejorar”
The common areas and staff were good, but breakfast only offered either juice or a hot drink; I would have liked both.
“Estancia Super Linda y Tranquila”
The house was lovely, quiet, and modern with a welcoming feel; I stayed with my 15‑month‑old son, my wife, and two others and we had a wonderful time. The restaurant service was the weakest part of the experience: the food was decent but not delicious, and the ordering system caused a lot of stress—orders were delayed, the status wasn’t shown, and mistakes had to be fixed on the spot. The staff who actually served us were very friendly and earned a thousand points.
“Mehr Instagram und Baugrundstücke - als Natur”
The view is partly very nice, but it’s not all untouched nature; the sunsets on the terrace are breathtaking. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure is acceptable. The restaurant food is above average and offers good value for money. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. The pool is clean and well maintained. The cleaning lady wasn’t thorough, but she did wash the dishes for us, which is a plus. Unfortunately, this is not a resort but rather belongs to a real‑estate company; everywhere you can see how many plots are for sale, leaving even less nature than already exists. In a small walkable forest, a visibly mentally ill monkey is “kept” – supposedly rescued, though I’m not sure if it feels better now. There are no curtains or blinds in the rooms to keep insects out at night or protect privacy. I had to move quickly into the bathroom because it felt like a display case. People constantly come to the viewing platform next to the house and inevitably look into the glass house, so privacy is severely lacking. Suggestion: indirect lighting, like a bedside lamp. Above the windows there are open gaps with insect nets that have holes, not just in those but in all cracks, letting various insects in. The provided mosquito net doesn’t exist; after repeated inquiries, it was said there isn’t one. I did receive a mosquito plug, but it didn’t protect us from bites. An air conditioner would help at 18 °C, and please don’t say it won’t be installed for ecological reasons when everything else is. We felt double‑moral. The cleaning wasn’t very thorough—sometimes it looked like before. The night walk is not a real hike; it’s just a walk at night. My husband explained the sparse wildlife to the “guide,” which was a joke, but the guide was at least very likable. The resort feels more like a pseudo‑Instagram hotspot for wealthy Peruvians with its artificial nature, with ugly, kitschy sculptures everywhere.
