The owner kindly gave us a lift to the nearest town, but we were served scrambled egg for the main course dinner, which cost 22 euros.

We were told that the hotel restaurant would be closed on Sundays just hours before check‑in. The wine tasting offered no explanation of the processes or vineyards, and when we asked, the staff said we should look at the brochure.

The external structure was fine, but I didn’t like a lot of things. First, we booked at the beginning of the year and were only told that the hotel wouldn’t have a restaurant open on the morning of check‑in. It’s an agriturismo and we’re 20 minutes from a town, so we came hoping to relax without having to leave. Second, we paid for a wine tasting, wanting to learn about the region’s history, winemaking methods, vineyards, and storage barrels, but we were poorly received, got no such experience, and Sam was extremely cold toward us. He just seated us at a table in front of the glasses and didn’t explain anything; when we asked, he said “look at the pamphlet he gave us, it’s written there.” Third, the room had an empty mini‑fridge and no one to attend to us. There was no water in the room and we spent the night thirsty; I had to drink tap water to take my medication. We couldn’t buy wine because no one was on site to help. Overall, the experience was frustrating and we felt very exploited and dissatisfied. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The facility offers beautiful scenery and a viewpoint, the reception staff were very kind, and the room interior is cozy and clean. Breakfast tastes good and has a good selection. However, the location is much farther from the main road than I expected, and dinner is just average in taste with limited selection due to the low season.
