Sonop, a 1930s‑style home in Oostkapelle, sits 1.5 km from the beach and offers a garden with outdoor furniture. Rooms feature TVs, private bathrooms with rain showers and baths, and free Wi‑Fi. The small apartment is good for a short stay. It’s centrally located. The garden is quiet. Regarding breakfast, Kikki managed to bring a different breakfast to the table every day. The highlight was Sunday. I’ve never experienced anything like that before.

The décor feels lovingly crafted, and the breakfast was beautifully prepared and served individually. Nothing else to note.

The room was quiet and faced the garden, and the breakfast was excellent, but the Wi‑Fi in the room was too weak.

The location was great, right next to the church in Oostkapelle where most restaurants are. Bikes are available for a small fee directly from the hotel to explore the beach and surroundings. The breakfast by Kiki was lovely, made with love and little extras. We booked the apartment with a sauna, but it turned out to be an infrared sauna that only reached a maximum of 60 °C, so it wasn’t hot enough for us. Still, we would definitely book the apartment again.
