“Cheap and cheerful; but a simple breakfast and good wifi would be be enormously liked.”

The room, bed, and ensuite were great, Lorna on the phone was pleasant and helpful, and Tanya who let me in eventually was pleasant and efficient; the place is in a very good spot and the parking nearby feels safe. However, there was no breakfast option – a bowl of cereal and toast with jam would have been nice – and the wifi connection didn’t work at all.

“Brilliant location to stay for a night out”

The location is unbeatable – perfect for a night in Castletownbere with excellent food and drinks nearby. There’s nothing to dislike; it’s comfortable, quiet, and close to everything.

“OK STAY”

The location was good; we were arriving late and nobody was at the house, so the owner guided us through self‑check‑in on the phone and sounded very nice. We only stayed one night, so that was fine. The place itself looks very dated and unkempt from the outside.

Nice service, easy late check in. The bathroom was a bit mouldy, but the rest was very clean. The beds could have been bigger
