“Great stay in London!”

The location was excellent, and the paid breakfast lived up to expectations. Michael at the front desk offered great restaurant tips and local activities. It’s within walking distance of the Tower of London.

The location was excellent, staff were helpful, and the rooms were well equipped. The room clearly needed a refresh – dirty spots on the carpet, scratches everywhere, and a worn leather couch. There was no stair‑lift access for heavy luggage, and a bad smell from the carpet both in the room and the corridors.

The position was great, staff were welcoming and friendly, and the furniture was clean and new. The carpet was moquette, which unfortunately is common throughout London.

“Nice stay”

The bed, pillows, and warm duvet made for a very comfortable night. I was assigned a room on the opposite side of the hotel, so it was a bit farther from the front desk. The inner‑London noise was noticeable, and I could hear bin trucks at 5am, which woke me up.
