This property is my go‑to when I’m in Orlando; rooms are always clean and comfortable, and it’s very close to Disney Springs.

The location to Disney Springs was good, but the areas outside the room were run down, like the elevators.

“Everyone was nice and it was clean. I just wish our room wasn’t wet the entire time.”

It was close to Disney Springs and the shuttle, but my room had water dripping from the ceiling all day and night—condensation, not a leak—so the floors stayed wet; on Thursday the shuttle to Hollywood Studios didn’t arrive during heavy rain, we waited almost 45 minutes before another shuttle took us back, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly.

“Overall a nice stay! Staff were nice and room was clean! If Disney parks are your priority than just be wary on the sche”

The bus shuttles were convenient, the staff were friendly, and the rooms stayed spotless. The only hiccup was the bus scheduling and booking process, which felt a little off compared to what I'm used to at Disney resorts.

“It’s worth for its Disney perks”

I appreciated that this is a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel and that it sits right next to Disney Springs. However, the hotel clearly separates regular from premium rooms, and I ended up in a less desirable spot at the back. My door lock kept acting up, so the check‑in wasn’t entirely smooth, but overall it was still okay.
