The location was great, and the breakfast was varied, but the bathroom drain was partially clogged.

The rooftop deck gave amazing views, and it was very quiet at night because it’s a bit on the outskirts; it stayed clean and tidy. However, hot water stopped around 8‑9 pm, so I took two very cold showers, the pillows seemed old and made my eyes itch, it was a bit out of the way from the main drag, the staff mixed up our reservation and kept thinking we were supposed to check out early, they didn’t restock towels and left us with only one.

The location was okay, but the advertising was false: it claimed 24‑hour hot water, yet the shower was cold when we arrived in the evening and stayed cold in the morning; we were told it was only hot during the middle of the day when no one was showering. There was also no bidet as advertised. We tried to check out early because the cancellation fee says only the first night, but they charged us for an extra night even though we were just past check‑out time. The room was cramped and the bed uncomfortable, so I would not recommend.

I loved the view from the rooftop, but the breakfast left something to be desired – it could have included cereals and yogurt.

I’m not sure what to say; they cancelled the reservation a few hours before arrival with a simple email and offered no solution. Arriving exhausted after a family trek, it wasn’t polite to be left stranded with no water supply as the reason given. It’s disappointing to return home tired and stuck, with no compensation, especially when I couldn’t cancel my booking without fees under those short conditions. We ended up at Casa de Zarela, which was beautiful and the staff there were wonderful, and I wish we’d known about it sooner. Feel free to check that address.
