“글로벌 호텔 메르어트의 서비스? 기대하면 절대 안됨”

My stay at this hotel was marred by numerous issues, including communication problems with the staff, errors with my room reservation, and a series of mistakes with my payment. Despite the hotel's luxurious surroundings and beautiful lake views, the service I received was subpar and left a lasting impression.

“Great hotel with comfortable rooms and good continental breakfast”

ملخّص هذا التقييم

The guest was impressed with the hotel's spacious rooms and huge beds, as well as the continental breakfast options. However, they noted that the area lacked activities and attractions, making it necessary to have a car to explore. Overall, the hotel was a great choice for those who plan to travel.

“The hotel is marvelous , the area is quiet but the walk down the road is spectacular with the trees all along the road”

The hotel had its strengths, including a clean environment and a satisfying breakfast. However, the night receptionist's inability to speak English was a significant drawback. Despite some initial issues, the staff eventually provided a satisfactory resolution.
