My stay was a mixed bag - I loved the spacious, clean, and comfortable room with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to plenty of great food and entertainment options, yet quiet and safe. The free breakfast was a highlight, offering both Vietnamese and Western options. However, I found it odd that there were many items for sale in the room, which made me anxious about accidentally using something that wasn't complimentary.

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the huge room with comfortable facilities and the amazing breakfast served in the morning. However, I found the hotel's location to be a bit off-center, which might make it challenging for newcomers to Hanoi to navigate the city without some guidance from the reception staff. Despite this, my overall experience was positive, and I appreciated the hotel's offerings.
