We were a family of five with four kids under seven, and it was absolutely fantastic. The 24‑hour playgrounds, games, and activities were nonstop for an entire week, and we never ran out of things to do.

“An excellent hotel for families”

The water park and pools were great, also we could use the waterpark of the other Pickalbatros hotel just across the road, great fun fair for the kids in the evenings, the staff were very nice, especially Mohammed Hassan and Ali Elsayed from the restaurants, our cleaning guy too, Ali from the bar. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was very good, lunch and dinner so-so, but I am a picky eater. The plates and glasses need to be cleaned better. Also in the room there are a few things that need to be repaired (bathroom cabinet, needs a new set of toilet seat as the current one is a bit stained). Small things, but could improve overall quality
