The house is large, the rooms are spacious. The pool is unusable, some furniture is old and broken, and many plugs don’t work.

1. Good location, gated with security & a quiet neighborhood. 2. Comfortable bedding, spacious rooms. 3. Easy check‑in. 4. Complete kitchenware for cooking or dining (owned by a Muslim so no worries). 5. Close to a mosque. 6. Mini pool for kids & a BBQ area with chairs and a canopy. 7. Fast and well‑covered Wi‑Fi. 1. Water pressure is slightly low when everyone uses it simultaneously. 2. Old house, so expect some dust here and there (not heavy). 3. One air‑con isn’t cold enough (1 out of 5). 4. No gate lock (the door can still lock) so it worries a bit. 5. The ‘old house’ smell (I bought Air Wick to counter that).

The homestay is very nice – a family‑friendly environment. Water – there was no water at all for showering in the morning.

The house was spacious with four rooms and an extra bed in the hall on the second floor. The air‑con was cold and the beds were comfortable. A security guard house at the entrance makes the area quite safe. The setting is relaxed, with a mosque nearby, and the Azan adds to the peaceful vibe. The house and furniture look quite old. The water heater in the master bedroom made a loud noise while showering. The lighting in the master toilet was dim. The kids’ pool was shaded by trees, so my kids were skeptical about using it. The kitchen was poorly maintained and the utensils need replacement. Basically, basic amenities need to be replaced. There was no water heater in the first‑floor toilet.
