“I will not pick this hotel for sure however because I can’t get the refund I had to deal with it.”

The phone didn’t work, the other room had no phone or chair, and the internet was spotty; overall a very bad property. The photos on the website look far better than reality, construction is ongoing, maintenance is lacking, and the nightly noise was loud.

I always stay at Grand Mansion Hotel every holiday in Blitar; the service is fine, the staff friendly, the hotel clean, rooms tidy, and the price reasonable. Breakfast menu is always tasty—must‑stay if you’re looking for accommodation in Blitar.

“Enjoy staying”

The staff were super friendly and responsive, always quick to help with any questions. The hotel's central location made it easy to get around. There was some renovation work going on, which made a few rooms look a bit messy, but that's understandable. Overall, it was a great stay!

This hotel is a short walk from the train station, which was really convenient. The room was spacious and the staff were okay, plus the price was decent for what you get.
