Airport lodge Newcastle

“Good however need to improve stay of their customers by improving the basic amenities”

The hotel is secure and very clean, but it lacks amenities such as shower gel and a shower cap—only bar soap is provided, and they could do better for the price they charge.

I noticed some parts are outdated, like the shower head, but overall the place was safe and clean.

“Had an amazing stay.”

The rooms came with all the usual appliances, yet there was no plate—so I ended up heating my food in a take‑out box.

“Terrible”

Nothing stood out for me; we didn’t get any sleep that night. The bed was old and saggy, the bedding was filthy, and the pillows had people’s hair. When we complained, the staff were indifferent and just handed us a blanket.

Everything was lovely and the staff were kind, with no complaints at all.
