The location is great and the staff are friendly, though the air conditioning isn’t functioning properly.

The location, cleaning, staff, and resort facilities were all great, but there was no swimming pool, so I give it a 9.0/10.

There was no breakfast, and the price on the website was higher than the actual price at the hotel, so I rate it a 3.0/10.
