Ubicación y buen parqueadero. La atención del personal, las chapas de la puertas vivían trabadas a toda hora y tocaba estar yendo a la recepción para solicitar cambio de tarjetas para k pudiera abrir la habitación

“HOY ES MUY MEDIOCRE”

The location was good. The breakfast was bad and uncomfortable. The pool has been canceled for 3 months and they don't mention it in the notice.

The smell of a wet carpet was terrible, and even the carpet in my room was damp. The hallway had a very bad odor. The smell was unbearable.

“Pésima experiencia”

I never thought a hotel could be so awful. The facilities were in terrible condition, clearly lacking maintenance and cleanliness, and the room even smelled truly unpleasant. The bed was horrible, extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were just as bad, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The worst part was that the second bed they gave us was actually a sofa adapted for sleeping, and to our dismay we found an animal that looked like a cockroach or a tick. This completely unacceptable situation made us seriously question the hygiene standards of the place. It's unbelievable that a hotel would allow guests to stay under such conditions. You pay expecting at least basic cleanliness, comfort, and safety, and here there was none. Be very careful before booking at this hotel; look elsewhere to avoid a similarly unpleasant experience. We definitely would not stay here again.
