The hotel sits outside the city centre in a fairly quiet area, with the train about a 15‑minute walk away and a bus stop 5 minutes away; the ladies at reception were very friendly and we stayed in attic room 202 with air‑conditioning. However, during our four‑night stay the room was never properly cleaned—only the trash was taken out, the bathroom was left un‑vacuumed and un‑washed, and even after I left a note on the door asking to “make up the room,” the carpet still showed every speck and strand; I mentioned it to the receptionist when we left, and it was disappointing that housekeeping didn’t do their job.
The staff are helpful and the breakfast is great, but the bed was poorly arranged.
The rooms were nice, the bathroom was modern with a large shower, and the hotel’s location was excellent, close to the center. The only issue was that in our room one of the mattresses had a bad frame that creaked loudly whenever we turned on the bed, which should be checked.
