The location was great, with parking, a spacious and spotless room. The bathroom was really very small.

Excellent. The location is the best. Nothing to complain about, everything is excellent.

I was greeted by a receptionist who was very helpful and managed her limited English well. The breakfast on the one day I stayed was excellent and offered good value for money. The room itself was decent and was cleaned daily, which surprised me. The entire property felt very calm and serene. Walking to the town was steep, but not difficult.
