The facilities, meals, and service were excellent, but when I asked for rental bicycles, the staff couldn’t explain how many were available, whether they were already booked, or if it was simply a day they couldn’t be used; they said I’d have to reserve them at check‑in, which was disappointing.

The room was spacious and the location was good, and the food looked exciting, but the air conditioning stopped in the Japanese‑style room and cold air leaked from it, so it was chilly; I had to seal the room to sleep, and the mattress felt a bit soft.

The scenery was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the elevator that takes a wheelchair down from the first floor was far away, which was inconvenient, and the steps inside the room were high and troublesome.
