I liked how close the hotel was to the thermal spa, and the bathrobe access was convenient; breakfast was good and you could grab small bites in the bar in the evenings, plus coffee and cake after lunch. On my second visit I got an upgrade, but it faced a construction site and the noise was so intense that I couldn’t even sit on the balcony.

I would have given it a 10 if it weren’t for one major issue: the bathtub. My husband and I are mobility‑impairment patients, and we needed help getting in and out of the shower. It’s hard to believe there are no grab bars, the soap dispenser is in the wrong place and hard to reach. Practicality should trump design, especially in a hotel that hosts many disabled guests. We complained at reception, which dampened an otherwise great overall impression.
