The room had plenty of space and a small, well‑ventilated area. The downside was that some lamps didn’t work and a bathroom counter door wouldn’t stay shut.

“Se não fosse o atendimento seria péssima pela estrutura.”

I liked the service and the location. The beds were old and uncomfortable; they were actually two single beds with a double sheet, not a proper double bed. There were several interruptions and very few lights. The elevator was old and noisy, and the thin walls let you hear people in adjacent rooms—sometimes even snoring.

The service was excellent. No complaints.

The staff, especially Karen, were always helpful and attentive, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

“Péssima!!”

Só a localização que é boa. Hotel velho, a porta do banheiro nem fechava sem bater no vaso, faltou água a noite e voltou só no outro dia (tive que dormir sem banhar ) pior hotel que já fiquei, café da manhã não tinha o básico
