The staff were wonderful, the reception was always reachable, friendly and helpful, and the restaurant service was excellent (no attitude). Breakfast until 11:30 was perfect—sleep in, no kids around, and you can enjoy a varied buffet or order special dishes from the lady. The lake view was lovely, the SPA offered many options like squash, gym, bowling and an outdoor pool, and the apartment was cleaned daily. The grounds were quiet, parking was ideal, and you could rent a boat or a paddle. I asked for a two‑level apartment to avoid hearing other guests and got exactly that, thank you, but I hadn’t realized the unit shared a wall with another room, so early risers could be heard clearly due to poor soundproofing. I never saw a cleaning robot in the outdoor pool, which made me worry about its cleanliness—sand was visible on the bottom. The resort is busy, which might concern families with small children (we stayed away from the restaurant terrace for that reason). In the SPA, the 16+ area needs stricter age control and more towels per person, otherwise hygiene suffers when people use the sauna or steam room together. The billiards/darts play area had no staff supervision, so kids could damage equipment; for example, a chocolate‑honey croissant was left in the darts zone and several devices are now broken.

The restaurant was good, the staff friendly and the dishes tasty. The service was very helpful. The place had a charming vibe. However, there was a strange smell in the room, and you couldn’t store things in the wardrobe. The window wouldn’t open because of a cable from the air‑conditioning unit, which had already been cleaned long ago. Prices were definitely higher than expected.

The location is great, plenty of green areas, the property is clean and well‑maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and tasty.

If you’re after a quiet break, a pretty setting and a standard that matches the price, this isn’t a spot I’d recommend. We arrived around 14:00, not realizing the hotel day didn’t start until 16:00, so we had no complaints about that. Those two hours were enough to see how the place actually runs. We headed to the pool, and with temperatures over 30 °C there were only about 10–12 standard loungers and no shaded parasols. The rest of the spots were wooden structures that hardly felt like comfortable loungers, leaving us with chairs as the only option. Loud music from a nearby fair filled the air, turning the expected relaxing atmosphere into a roar, a crush, and an environment far from what the photos promised. Then we went to the restaurant, the only one in the hotel, which is also heavily used by outsiders, especially guests from nearby camps. The place was very crowded, making it hard to talk about a cozy, hotel‑style vibe. The fact that the restaurant is open to non‑guests isn’t a problem, but the lack of space and service organization means hotel guests can’t feel the standard and comfort that comes with staying there. On the bright side, the food was good; lunch was tasty and was unfortunately the only part of our short stay that met expectations. At exactly 16:00 we received our room cards. After seeing the room, we decided that, despite having paid for four days, we were giving up our stay. The hotel is old and that shows clearly.
