The staff and location were perfect; we could walk to many spots and felt safe, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The gym, however, lacked good equipment.

“Affordable stay next to the ADO”

We stayed one night while transiting between Holbox and Bacalar and enjoyed a pleasant, basic but clean, quiet and comfortable room with air conditioning, hot showers, and just a 2‑minute walk from the ADO bus station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants; there’s also a nice rooftop pool area, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The hotel feels a bit old, and our first‑floor room faced the hallway so we kept the curtains closed all the time.

We really liked the friendliness and excellent service throughout our stay, the hotel’s location with a bus stop and supermarket right in front, and several restaurants nearby. We didn’t like the cold water in the shower and felt a minibar was missing.

The location and price are excellent for what the hotel offers, and everything else is fine in terms of quality‑price ratio.

“Estancia muy agradable y cómoda”

The location on Tulum’s main avenue, 200 m from the bus terminal and 2 km from the Mayan ruins, the mattress, pillows, building design, and the library at the entrance are all great. I liked everything.
