The rooms were not clean, the service was extremely poor, and the bathrooms were dirty. The luggage carts were broken and difficult to use. I was very upset and disappointed with my stay, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
“Calidad precio está bien, el personal amable y bien ubicado”
The place is in a good spot, but the hotel was dirty and the staff were slow to fix the room.
“If you’re looking for a place and you don’t care about cleanliness then this is your place”
The property was easy to locate and in a good area, but the beds were terrible and the room was not the cleanest. There were hairs from someone shaving on the bathroom floor and on the countertop, some towels were stained, and a large bug was hanging from the ceiling. I would not stay here again, although the staff were very friendly and kind.
“Don't stay here.”
Breakfast was adequate - hard fried eggs, lukewarm sausage and watery orange juice. 2nd day, no sausage, eggs, and coffee machine was spitting out muddy, grainy coffee. No attendant minding the food. On the surface, it looked clean(ish), but not maintained. No air conditioning and maintenance never checked it. During a 5-day stay, my room was never cleaned, no new towels, or even garbage picked up. And for the sofa bed, i was given a large round table cloth to be used as sheet. At least the room was 78 degrees, so tablecloth was not really needed. Will never stay here again
“No bad, no good.”
Good price, good rooms, good breakfast. Bad odor, need a better housekeeper and cleaner for all carpets.
