“Ein Hotel mit Camping Flair”

The proximity to the city, the beach, the family area, etc. is great, yet the furnishings are extremely outdated. A plug socket was detached from its mounting and short‑circuiting (fixed immediately after complaint). The balcony door was leaky, and after a storm with the door closed at night the entire floor was wet. Still, at this price it's okay. Overall, it feels more like a camping stay than a hotel atmosphere.

The price is cheap, but the reception staff are poorly qualified.

The room needs renovation; the room and bathroom are spacious, though the bathroom layout is poor, with a shower lacking a towel or tray, so if you’re not careful it floods. A re‑distribution of space would help. The location is excellent, even though there is no on‑site parking. In return, the place is clean, tidy, and well maintained in the essentials. It would be great if the property offered at least a separate paid breakfast, perhaps using the ground‑floor restaurant.
